Food for thought

The new community café at YMCA East London, Forest Road is open seven days a week from 7.30am-7pm, Monday to Friday, and 7.30am-2pm at weekends.

No experience is necessary. The choir meets Wednesdays 7.30-9.30 in the Melody Room at Harmony Hall, 10, Truro Road, E17 7BY. The first rehearsal is free, then it's £10/£8 per session.
